ORAL AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS INSTRUCTIONS
INFORMATION FOR ORAL PRESENTERS
LCD Projectors will be provided for Oral Presenters. Presentations should be prepared in Power Point. Please note you need to bring your presentation as a PC / IBM compatible format on a CD or on a flash memory using the USB port in the computer (no ZIP disk!) and test it on the Congress computer in the Session Hall during the break before the session in which your presentation is scheduled, at least 1 hour before the beginning of the session.
Full details for the preparation of the oral presentations will be sent to authors upon acceptance.
You may supply your own laptop computer as a back-up.
Please note that the meeting computer in the session hall is being supplied with Windows XP and Office 2003 (at least).
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR MACINTOSH USERS
If using a Macintosh laptop computer, please note that you need to supply your own, confirm that it has a VGA socket for external signal and come to check it first with the technician in the Congress Hall as soon as you arrive, either during the coffee or lunch break prior to your session, at least 1 hour before the start of the session.
